IAF/ILAC/ISO remote survey

The Covid-19 pandemic has seen a rapid take-up of remote techniques for audit, assessment and evaluation.

Whilst these techniques have been in place for many years, their use was limited.

IAF, ILAC and ISO have worked together to produce a survey to better understand the views of the conformity assessment community and those that rely on the results of conformity assessment, on the use of remote techniques for audit/assessment/evaluation activities.

The results of the survey will be used along with other work by these three organisations to learn from and improve the provision of audits, assessments and evaluations using remote techniques in the future.

Please complete the survey for your own organisation and/or as an individual carrying out or subject to a remote activity. In addition if there are others who have experienced these remote activities, such as customers, stakeholders and any others you feel may wish to contribute information for this survey, please share the survey link.
