IIOA and IAF – independence and inter-dependency

Accreditation Bodies (ABs) and Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) operate independently from each other, yet there inter-dependency is vital to ensure accredited conformity assessment works for all its stakeholders – customers, regulators, businesses, government and consumers. This video goes into greater depth on this vital relationship between IAF – as the organisation drawing ABs together and IIOC, as one of the conformity assessment body association members of IAF.
