ISO 45001 Survey

August 4, 2021

Launched in 2018, ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements with guidance for use has created a significant impact and is already the third most popular ISO standard for certification.

As with all ISO standards, ISO 45001 has reached the point where consideration of its review is made. This will be coordinated by the appropriate ISO Technical Committee (TC 283). To help the TC in its decision-making and recommendations, a survey has just been launched by TC 283 to gather a range of stakeholders’ views on ISO 45001.

The survey seeks to gain the input of those certified to ISO 45001, those who have implemented it, certification bodies who audit and certify organisations to the standard and any other organisations or individuals who can help TC 283 decide if changes are required and if so, what these changes are.

The survey is open until the end of November 2021 and IIOA encourages feedback on ISO 45001 and other standards produced by this Committee. The survey can be accessed here 2021 ISO 45001 and related standards – user survey (smartsurvey.co.uk)
